I tried to use e-TAX because the tax payment deadline was coming up the next day, but it kept throwing up errors.

The screen design was far from easy to use, as if the system was designed by engineers who were made to work for easy salaries.
And on top of that, it’s an error festival. I was itching to stuff the person in charge.
Why did it take 24 hours to recover from the error?
