I’m Candy, the cute idol of CANDY POOL.
This is the familiar block generation result & schedule report every time.
We’re now at Epoch 391, but as I said, not without a chance to generate a block, right?
The big cold wave that had been visiting CANDY POOL seems to have passed.
Good for you! But it’s one chance, so we have to keep our heads up.
Yes, we will do what SPO can do.
Also, we will be powering up CANDY POOL by the end of this week.
Oh, did I have plans to do that?
No, this is an update to correct a bug.
Was there a rare glitch for Cardano?
Yup. It may not have been a big deal because the money transfers were not at all or the downtime was not for a long period of time. The Cardano node program was terminated illegally after one transaction.
Oh, that’s what was happening!
Even if our pool had a program failure, we had a mechanism to automatically restart it, so it was up and running as if nothing had happened. At the very least, pools belonging to SPO Japan should have started up automatically.
That’s a relief.
We have been notified to update the software as soon as possible and will do so this week.We will report on this blog as soon as the update is completed.
